Terrible customer service. I was going to hold my wedding here but they ended up not being available on the date I wanted it. I put a deposit down but it ends up being non refundable even though I notified them 2 days later.. then they never got back to me regarding the amount I can use for another event. I put down 500£ so they need to confirm when and how I can use it towards another event! Every time I call it goes to voicemail (Richmond catering), I have emailed 10 times and no answer, nobody is ever there when I try to visit. Terrible service and I would like someone to get back to me regarding my deposit. It’s a lot of money!
Great space with very helpful staff. We booked the space for our wedding and we had nothing but great service from start to finish !
