Professional. Reliable. Fair & unbelievable craftsmen who take great pride in doing a job well & are lovely to deal with. Working with Logic Build was a delight & relief from start to finish. My 2 bathrooms carefully installed by Logic Build are just as beautiful underneath as they are on the outside. It is so reassuring. They were both leaking before and the team painstaking fixed every problem and overload it with beautiful marble tiles which were expensive and difficult to install. But they did it with such care and attention to detail that is rare to find these days. If you have the chance to work with them, take it! We are already planning more jobs with them. Plus they have been great at the snagging. A massive massive thanks to Alan, David and Darius for our beautiful and perfectly functioning bathrooms.
The Logic team transformed our old cramped bathroom into a beautiful new wet room with custom designed storage that maximised the space. The team moved our old hot water tank to the loft and we had the unexpected bonus of a linen storage cupboard provided in its place, and more accessible entrance provided to the cleared and boarded up loft space. The whole of our hallway and first floor landing was redecorated beautifully to finish. Would highly recommend as reliable, responsive and high quality builders.
Alan and Dawid and team are perfectionists. You can be confident they will do the proper and best way - they don’t cut corners. They completely rebuilt the ground floor of our house. Side return extension has transformed our home. They did perfect tiling - amazing electrics - plumbing - obviously everything. They made us a good temporary kitchen and managed the whole process well - coping with our 3 teenage girls and puppy! We will use them again! Highly recommend.
I can’t recommend Logic enough. Great service and a job well done. Alan was very friendly and felt like someone you already know. Alan and Dawid did an excellent job decorating the whole property. He is very meticulous and professional. Work was completed on time and without any mess. Pleased with the result.
