Bass Boules has been a fantastic sales manager over the last couple months. I am in the process of agreeing a sale on my London flat and exploring options in the Brentwood area and Bass has supported me with really comprehensive viewings at Brentwood Acres helping me understand the benefits of all the modern kit and given me a clear understanding of route to progression to secure a property. Stephen and Matt were fantastic from the North Seven sales office and ensured that the buying process went seamlessly which I’m hugely grateful for, but I am experiencing some issues with the build itself - a lot of issues have been picked up with the flat which I’m hoping the customer services team will rectify. Will update this review once they follow up.
I had a great experience with the staff in fairview and they have guided us with the process and answered our questions really well even when it was our first time to buy. Very accommodating and friendly staff. ✨ However after having the flat I found that small bits of tamper means they won’t fix anything on that. So there goes your home warranty. Plus our water heating keeps having problems
