Having attended Finchley Greek school myself and now being a parent there I believe that what makes the school stand out is the wonderful community ethos. My children are very happy and are not only learning the language but also about their Greek culture due to the emphasis placed on including music and dancing in the curriculum. The standard of teaching at the school, the overall organisation and the professional approach is outstanding! I would strongly recommend it.
We are really happy at Finchley Greek School. The staff are professional and approachable and my children both love to attend and have made lots of friends. Not only are they learning the language they also learn the Greek & Cypriot traditions which is really important to us. Lots of fun fundraising events go on here which the kids and adults absolutely love!!!! There is a real community spirit at this school and we’re proud to be a part of it
As an ex student myself with so many happy memories I always knew I was going to bring my children to Finchley Greek school. I’m so happy I did. It’s still a wonderful Greek school, with a big emphasis on learning and results; but also music and dance and teaching children our beautiful traditions.
