Lovely staff that really go the extra mile. Maisy helped me yesterday and I'm really happy with the things I got. She wasn't pushy and asked questions to help find me the best jewellery for the occasions / people I needed them for. Really happy, prices are good and the packaging is so much better now ☺️
I love the shop and the staff are lovely the only reason I give a 3 star is because I always buy rings and stuff from your branch and I went and bought a swarofski ring with a blue stone in the middle, now having always bought rings and never had a problem I was very very shocked when the ring turned my finger green with in 2 hours. When I returned to the shop to speak to the staff I was told its costume jewellery which if I had known I would have never bought such an item. Now I make sure to never buy anything unless it is real silver and I make sure to question hard because I wasn't allowed to return the ring even though I returned on the day I purchased it and showed a green ring band from said ring. I still have it just sitting around doing nothing because who wants to buy it from me? No one. can the shop take it back? No. I'm stuck with a piece of poop which is unusable for me. I felt cheated. So NEVER BUY SWAROFSKI FROM HERE. ITS FAKE SILVER AND WILL TURN FINGERS GREEN. for such a 'high class product' I expected so much better then this.
I love the jewellery and I have bought a lot. The staff are great and the shop is always being cleaned. Very helpful.
