The first coop completely fell apart when we tried to move it to clean. Which to me seemed like something it should be able to withstand but the seller argued it was our misuse of the product. I tried to buy another coop from this company and it never arrived, after one whole month of my animals being in a temporary house I finally got a refund so I can buy a new one, but still no response as to what actually happened to my coop!
Awful customer service. Ordered a dog kennel & received a gun safe! No-one has replied to any of my communications- they are not interested as they have my money.
Good little pet store, had the feed I needed for chickens on a Sunday when everyone else was closed. Great customer service
