Had such a lovely time meeting the staff and getting everything I needed for my rescue pup, I'm so happy with the advice given to me and with all the items I got and the serious win over discount for signing up as a member which you can do on the "pet's for homes" app and you can't go wrong honestly. Thanks to Mark and the other guy whose name I didn't catch but as for customer service the we're brilliant. Today is: 13/01/2023 Thank you for everything today even the lady at the pet counter brilliant service thank you..

Absolutely terrible experience with my cat, Sheldon, who was 12 and in good shape. We took him in for a bladder infection which in total cost £560 but the incompetent vets didn't lock the cat box properly, which caused our cat to escape out of the bix quite close to home in Leyton. After 5 days of searching we were informed that our cat was hit by a car via chip by another vet service. Morale of the review Don't take your animals to this vet service... More likely to end up dead than getting better.

I visited the store tonight to inform them that the kitten food I purchased shockingly contained small, hard stones in it. It was 'Nature's Menu' brand, chicken broth. I have contacted the brand to inform them and they have raised an investigation in to the batch. I thought by taking it back to pets at home, I could get my money back and they can also do something about the other tins on their shelves since they are suppliers. If they have the same batch on the shelves, they should remove it incase any kittens are harmed. I was served by the manager who didn't show any concern as to what I was telling him, (my kitten's health could have been harmed or he could have choked). He told me it's policy that they put the 8 tins I was taking back, back on the shelves. I was disappointed to hear this as it could be harmful to another kitten and pet owner not knowing what it contains. It was the fact that there was no concern about what was in the food and what I had found that I found alarming. I showed him a picture and he glanced at it quickly, not really listening. He was more focused on just issuing the refund.. I'm just beyond baffled by the lack of concern. He told me that it's policy that it goes back to on the shelves until instructed by head office - what sort of company puts any faulty product back on the shelves, especially when it's harmful, for other consumers to purchase? I then chose another brand of kitten food and went to checkout at the till. I was served by a young lady at the till who continued to tell us she can't check my pets at home app for vouchers... interesting comment, as at other branches, they jump to help. Her attitude was terrible, she didn't want to be there. As I started to check my phone for the vouchers I could use, she tapped the till so the order went through. What sort of service is this? This is basic customer service. I won't be back at Pets at Home. There's no genuine care for the animals, it's just a business, it's just about the money.

Big store with located in a small shopping area with vehicle parking. They stock a wide variety of products catering to pets. Little animals and fishes are sold in the store. There's also a pet grooming service in store. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic, welcoming place for all animals. I take my pet puppy monthly for a check up and the staff and the vet are really friendly, professional and nice. Also they have a brilliant variety of different animals products. Would recommend people to go there to treat your pet to wonderful toys and treats. ????
