1st time to the store in many years Had a big shopping list and got everything I needed for my best little friend Lola, all at reasonable prices. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only negative comment is that I was not impressed by the security guard who seemed to follow my daughter and me around the store, whereever we went, he was there. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Great ordering experience. Lovely people. Everything arrived on time. Slight confusion as I had three orders at the same time, but that was partly my fault and resolved quickly. Very cheerful, friendly, and helpful staff. (One chap seemed slightly overwhelmed but perhaps he was new ????). Good selection. Clean and tidy. Animals looked well cared for.

Nice little store. I purchase all my dog products from here and have never had a problem in regards to service or quality of products. Also there's always a sale in the clothing section so my Lola is kept up to date with the latest fashion. ???? And for yummy treats. ????

Animals looked happy in there cages and homes. Was quite empty so social distancing wasn't a problem. Prices have seem to have gone up from the last time I went in. They had some really lovely colour rats.

Normally I use a different PAH, but decided to go to Enfield as we were in the area. Really frustrating. After spending 45 mins with the kids choosing fish, we were then told that buying fish an hour before the store closes is too late in the day as the staff are so busy they couldn't possibly help on the aquarium section! Just to clarify, really busy seemed to be actually not doing much. I expected to see a queue of people waiting to pay or a mad rush in the store. But no, was unable to observe anything that could be defined as busy. They should have just said "sorry, we can't be bothered to do that because our shift ends in just over an hour", which was more like the truth of the situation. Bearing in mind its would have taken all of about 5 minutes to netnthe fishbwe wanted. Instead we then went to crews hill aquatics, arrived 5 mins before closing and was served no problem.
