Had my eyebrows micro bladed here 3 times in the same year and they still look awful. I complained about it and requested the brand and pigment so I can ask another salon to get this right for me. I was given this information but there was no apology and they were very rude. Also on my 3rd appointment I had to wait nearly an hour after my scheduled appointment as they had double booked me. Very unprofessional as well as rude! I will not be going back. Also another treatment I had was teeth whitening and my teeth looked the same shade after. These people do not know what they are doing!
Very welcoming friendly service. The salon is very clean and hygienic. I definitely recommend.
Please please please talk to your nail technicians. Self-employed or not they work in your salon and thus represent you. The experience as a whole with them was pitiful and I've never had my nails done by ruder individuals. If I could give zero stars I definitely would.
I found out about Nejla Eren Beauty Lounge when one of my friends sent me her instagram page. I fell in love with her work and wanted to get microblading done. Thisby far has been the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a microblading shop. I recommended her to 2 of my friends and they have booked in for next week. I am in love with my new brows so I would like to say thank you to nejla and her team!
