The team are very approachable and go above and beyond to get the job done, I was always able to contact them and I am very pleased with the way they handled the sale of the property. From the start of the process, through to completion Equity was absolutely excellent and I felt very fortunate that I had such an attentive and dedicated estate agent managing the sale of the property. We decided to use Equity, as one of our friends had used them and recommended them to us. When Mark came to value our property, he was very professional and informative and gave us all the information we needed. Then, Harry contacted us to arrange viewings and he was fantastic. Harry was professional, reliable and answered any queries promptly. Later, I had a chance to meet Sabi, who was very professional and reliable. She was very helpful, answering any remaining questions that we had. Equity is currently managing our property and we are extremely happy to recommend them to anyone.
One of my best experiences of an estate agent - quick, smooth and very understanding. I initially met Harry at the property - he was very kind, approachable and put my mind at rest whenever I had a query. I later was introduced to Saby who made the rest of the transition easy. I have been with equity for many years now. I have had some issues which has been sorted out in the right manner... Paris has been very understanding and very helpful and respectful and I thank him for all he is doing.... Overall equity is a good estate agent and I'm happy to be one of their tenants
